I’m the Operations Manager for NextGen Home Group and a lifelong Colorado Springs resident. With a background as a high adventure tour guide, I bring a unique perspective and deep knowledge of Colorado to support our team and clients with insight and expertise.
I earned my degree from the University of Colorado Colorado Springs (UCCS) and built a career focused on organization, efficiency, and delivering exceptional experiences. Outside of work, I enjoy hiking, gardening, reading, and writing (activities that keep me connected to Colorado’s natural beauty and community).
In my role, I ensure operations run smoothly, client experiences are seamless, and our team has the tools and support to succeed. From managing schedules and organizing events to anticipating needs and providing solutions, I strive to make every interaction meaningful.
